Our service includes synthesis of mono- and polyclonal antibodies for your antigene. Immunization is conducted by an instructed partner company. We take over organisation and arrange the following services: · Synthesis of suitable immunoconjugates for immunizing with low-molecular agents using applicable carrier-proteines as bovine-, human-, mouse serum albumin, ovalbumin, keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) · Monitoring of the immunization progress · Review of the antibody titers during the different stages of immunization · Isolation, purification, characterization and labeling of antibodies from antisera, ascites or hybridoma cell culture supernatants · Customer service
