The products listed are laboratory reagents and are for laboratory use only. These products are to be used only by qualified individuals with research experience. CONTRACT AND TERMS OF DELIVERY (GBTs): 1. General: Our terms of delivery and contract are a component of all offers and contracts over the supply of the products and services. Deviating agreements require our written confirmation. 2. Offer and conclusion of a contract: Our offers are not-binding and noncommittal. 3.
